What a week! And there are two days left in it, Saturday and Sunday. In my business, like most, there are no real weekends. You work when they call you, especially now when we’re all thinking, “We had better rake in as much as we can during the holidays so we can live through the summer.” Funny how we’ve reversed the seasons of what the early settlers had to live through. So, it was a week of clichés. When it rains it pours. Practice what you preach. Be careful what you wish for. Red sky at night…wait, that last one doesn’t fit.
