I was talking to a friend the other day and I asked how work was going.  “Rotten,” she said.  “All the customers are so rude.”  She works at one of those big chain coffee shops.  “The customers are all Somali men,” she continued, “and they always treat me so mean.”  I asked what the customers did exactly that made her upset.
