The Skies May Be Friendly, but the Ground Crew Isn’t

Dear Mr. Anderson:

I am sitting in one of your planes reading your “message from the CEO” in the in-flight magazine.  You list all the work being done to make the transition from being two big airlines to one massive one.  You write about repainting logos, new seats, and carpeting.  The one thing missing is training employees to be nice to passengers.
