My last column about finding meaning in your work sparked quite a bit of response. Thankfully, most of it was positive. However, there were some responses from people who are obviously in working situations that aren’t to their liking. They claimed that finding meaning in your work is hardly possible when the company “breaks the back of the worker in order to line the pockets of the top executives.”
