Off With Their Heads: The American Revolution

I know that I typically write about customer service, or what I consider to be good vs. bad business practices, but recent events have my attention and I must beg your indulgence as I stray a bit from my usual path.  Pick up a newspaper, flip on the radio, or tune into the news and you will hear that CEOs and business analysts expect 2011 to be the year that we finally start to crawl out from the economic hole.  We saw a glimpse this last holiday season when consumer spending rose much higher than expected.
